It does appear that an appeal was filed on October 1, but at this time we are unsure as to whether the items under appeal relate to the issues we have discussed on our blog. As we obtain further information on this case, we’ll post our findings to the blog.

Are they appealing Roswell Capital Partners v. ACT? That is the strangest decision! According to the court even if we constantly monitored the status of existing filings, it wouldn't matter if one was terminated.
