Senior paralegals gathered today to discuss UCC challenges, at our inaugural UCC Legal Forum. We at CT Lien Solutions were excited to be part of such an engaging discussion.
We facilitated this gathering as an ongoing platform for senior-level legal professionals to discuss UCC and related industry issues; exchange ideas; and network among peers and industry leaders. We envision this being just the first of many gatherings, particularly as we face--thoughout the next several years--pending changes to the RA9 and UCC forms.
While today's forum was dedicated to paralegals, we are in the process of forming a similar group for attorneys, which we hope to kick off next month. As these dialogues take place we're certain they will harvest a number of interesting thoughts and ideas that we hope to share with you. Check back for details from our discussions.
